The PRSA Spokane Chapter has been chartered for many years, managed by an executive board and committee members. The Chapter connects PRSA members in the Inland Northwest through social events and networking meetings to help them be empowered through all stages of their careers.

Brittanie Bonanzino
President-elect
Brittanie Bonanzino is the Assistant Vice President of Communications for GoWest Credit Union Association. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations, she has played a key role in shaping brand messaging and strategic outreach for Spokane-area financial institutions, including Numerica Credit Union and Washington Trust Bank.
Her expertise spans corporate communications, copywriting, digital communications, community engagement, project management, and media relations, paired with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and drive impactful storytelling.
A Spokane native, Brittanie stayed close to her roots by attending Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication, where she graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Communications and an emphasis in Broadcast News.
Dedicated to giving back, Brittanie actively supports local nonprofits, lending her background in communications to help them thrive. She has been involved with Project Beauty Share, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest, Spokane MarCom Association, YWCA of Spokane, and many more. Her commitment to strategic communication and community services makes her a valuable member of the PRSA Spokane Chapter Board.

Jasmine Torres
Secretary
Jasmine Torres has nearly a decade of copywriting experience with a background in life science events coordination, digital marketing, and communications.
She values fostering community and human-centered approaches to her work while developing a project’s strategy in a fun, efficient, and exciting process.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Literature and Writing from the University of California San Diego. A creative writer at heart, she brings dynamic enthusiasm and energy to every project.

Lori Maricle
Treasurer
Lori Maricle is the director of communication for the Washington Grain Commission and a production editor for Wheat Life Magazine.
She has been accredited in public relations (APR) through PRSA since 2017, with strategic communications experience in agriculture, business advocacy and health sciences education.
Her main professional interests include competitive strategy and assessment, marketing research and behavior, data analytics, and multimedia production.
She serves on the communication committee for the Wheat Foods Council as well as on the board for the PRSA Greater Spokane Chapter, serving as board president in 2017.
Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts in public relations from the WSU Edward R. Murrow College of Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the WSU Carson College. Lori returned to Spokane in 2021 after two years with the Association of Washington Business (AWB), in Olympia.
Before her role with AWB, she spent 12 years working for WSU, including five years as the communications director for the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Spokane and four years in administration and human resources at WSU in Pullman.

C. Brandon Chapman
Communications/Programs co-chair
“Chappy” has been the director of marketing and communications at Washington State University’s College of Education since 2013.
He has 20+ years experience in marketing and communications, in both the private and public sectors, including various radio and TV stations, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, and Sports Illustrated. He spent two seasons (2006 and 2007) as a professional baseball play-by-play broadcaster.
Chappy received his master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University’s prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, his B.A. from WSU’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication (he double majored in Spanish), and his associates degree in Radio/TV from Centralia College.
In the spirit of giving back, he is the faculty advisor for WSU’s student radio station (KUGR) and adjuncts classes every year for the Murrow College. He has also been heavily involved in community affairs, as an active Kiwanian and City Councilmember.
He has a broad skillset that includes web, media relations, podcasting, social media, photography, videography, and video editing.
He knows Bigfoot is real. He’s also a firm believer in the Oxford comma and thinks anyone who doesn’t use it is a savage.

Tessa Delbridge
Programs
Tessa Delbridge brings a wealth of experience in strategic communication, executive support, and community relations to the Greater Spokane PRSA Chapter board.
Currently serving as the Director of Presidential Communications at Eastern Washington University, Tessa plays a pivotal role in shaping the university’s messaging, speechwriting, and public engagement on behalf of the President.
Her career spans over a decade in public service, including her tenure as Constituent Services Coordinator for the City of Spokane, where she managed high-level correspondence, speechwriting, and community outreach under two mayoral administrations.
With a strong background in education, Tessa previously worked as a high school English teacher, fostering communication skills in diverse student populations.
She holds a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s in English & Secondary Education with a minor in Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University.
Passionate about civic engagement and storytelling, Tessa looks forward to bringing her communications experience to the Greater Spokane PRSA Chapter.

Chantell Cosner
Communications co-chair
Dr. Chantell Cosner is a communication professional with over a decade of experience in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Washington State University’s Spokane campus.
Chantell received her PhD from Gonzaga University’s School of Leadership. Her research explores how organizations can foster cultures of creativity and innovation to advance marketing and communications practices—particularly within higher education and other mission-driven sectors.
She received her master’s in strategic communication from WSU and her bachelor’s in media arts and communications from Eastern Oregon University. In addition to PRSA, Chantell is a member of the American Marketing Association.
